This is an old post, but I just read almost the same thing in another forum yesterday. PPC programs like Google Adwords rely on the integrity of the click. Without it they have no business.
So I try and look at it from an advertisers point of view, and not just as an affiliate. Am I confident that when I spend my money with Google Adwords I can trust that when someone clicks on one of my ads I am getting an interested person or a quality click.
Of course it would be impossible to get 100% of the traffic as quality traffic , but if people just click on each other's ads my money is wasted as an advertiser. Would you want someone doing that to your money!

We have the same issues...

As long as no one notice ... its ok. When it does ( and it will in a quite short time ) ... you will get you account closed and no money send!
