In the last newsletter I received (#324), Allan directed us to the above link cloaker generator. IMHO:

- it generates code that does not work as is:

<php
header("Location: http://www.vigrxplus.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=promocool");
exit;
?>

- here is the correct syntax:

<?
header("Location: http://www.vigrxplus.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=promocool");
exit;
?>

- the better - and more search engine friendly - way in PHP is with a '301 Moved Permanently' redirect:

<?
Header( "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" );
Header( "Location: http://www.vigrxplus.com/clicks/clickthrough.html?a=promocool" );
?>

I have been using this type of redirect in all my affiliate links for quite some time now: I find this easier than editing the .htaccess file. Cool

I told John what the problem was, I had a problem of the cloaker not working and I realized it was because he did not have a ? in the opening php tag.

It's fixed now Cool
