Post subject: Is there any free hosting + php, perl, mysql and work'g ftp?

Now I've made some sites, hosted by one freehosting company, but as a free service, there are many limitations I got, I only can build static pages, no MySql and there is a non-working ftp.

How does a company profit from "Free"? Answer: They don't.
Are you making your sites for free? How many hours do you plan to spend chasing your charity?
Find a good reseller account and get to work. Free is NOT free.
