Hi,

I'm using my blog [Link deleted. Admin] to promote my website [Link deleted]. Now, if I write an article a day, assuming the articles are interesting enough, How long will it take before I start making money on both my blog and my website?

thanx

If you're hoping to get your traffic and links all from one source, maybe never. It wouldn't look natural to a search engine.

They were deleted because they looked like self-promotion, which is against the forum rules. If you wish to request a site review, you can do that in the Site Review section. You can also promote your sites in your signature file. You can click on Profile and create a signature file.

- if your article is interesting enough you can make money from the first day.
- but if you would to build your online business and you have interesting articles , it is better to promote your blog and web site first and after you have traffic , you start by adding affiliate products or services, adsense , advertising space,...

Hi there,

Recently I have started adding new content to my blog daily as well, but not in hopes of making money, in hopes of generating more traffic. That's probably what you should be more concerned about at the moment.

If you're just starting your new website/blog, you could blog every day, then after about a month, cut it down to blogging once per week.

That's the routine I got into, and then I was struggling to get new content for my blog and kind of dropped off for a while.

I'm back to blogging daily, and my traffic has increased by about 100-200 unique visits per day as a result so far.

If you want even more traffic, you should do some keyword research and in your author bio box, create links using those keywords linking back to your site.

The more traffic you have, the more potential for sales down the road. But work on building relationships with your visitors too through your newsletter list.
