Since last month, I started to get 3-8 cents for specific clicks and about 10 cents on average. I checked my adsense and saw spammy (MFAs) domains like e45-d, x-Yd3 and so on. It looks like they are random generated and as much as I filter them - new are born every day. Today I gave up and remove adsense from the affected website.

I have read an article that domain registrars get a domain for 2 days for FREE, put ads on it and earn some revenue. Think about it. They generate domains, put MFA website and after 2 days leave the domain free again. May be this is crazy, may be this is the real dead of adsense.

I think only specific niches are affected by now from 1 or 2 advertiser. But this is a real trouble for me.

The spammers (or whatever name you want to call it) creating MFA sites are winning. And until it effects Google's bottom line in a negative fashion, nothing will change.

Adsense Publishers can only filter 200 junk sites. Google is well aware of this and they don't care because they are making money. If they don't make it from you they make it from someone else. It's a numbers game.

Keyword Density will not change the payout. Google assigns your site a quality score and pays you accordingly.

That's why one guys mortgage site pays $1.50 a click and the other guys 10cents a click for the EXACT SAME AD!!!

Finally a use for pagerank. Pagerank is a good indicator if Google thinks your site has value.
