Post subject: Your Favorite Source Of Traffic?
|
|
|
Hey,
Just wanted to start a forum where people could discuss what is their favorite source of traffic generation for whatever product they are marketing.
Mine personally is viral marketing because you are using leverage from other people's lists to get thousands of visitors to your sites without spending a lot of money on advertising like putting ads on search engines.
If anyone is not familiar with viral marketing go to google and type in:
"butterfly marketing"
Is a really cool viral marketing technique developed by Mike Filsaime.
Read his blogs. I highly recommend what he has to say.
Anyways would love to hear from anyone else. _________________ To your success!

once search engines pickup your site, they keep on bringing traffic for a long time.
off course we have to continue our work. |
i my experience yes they can bring in traffic, but there are also horror stories when it comes to search engine traffic, as people can find themselves out of favour very quickly.
i try and stay away from paid adverstising as much as possible. i think it depends on your niche and of course how you want to achieve success.
i try to let my site grow organically as mcuh as posible, however i've now chosen to go into blogs (well one blog at the moment). i'm still very much a newbie at them, so it's too early to scream success yet. |

Be sure and subscribe to Allan's newsletter and then read his eBook "77 Ways To Get Traffic nearly all FREE"
This will keep you busy the rest of the year. I feel comfortable in saying I will get over 1 Million visitors to my main website this year and this eBook has been a big help to me. _________________ Jeff Schuman

There is a place for paid and free advertising. I would never ignore one or the other, but they should be implemented at different times.
With regards to free advertising, nothing beats articles. A popular article can bring some great targeted traffic.

| Article marketing and SE traffic. Both work well. |
