I found a company that I thought about using as an affiliate, and I noticed their affiliate page said they use "Reporting.net" as their 3rd party, so I go to Reporting.net and end up at "Partner Gateway", but when I view the list of advertisers on Partner Gateway, I can't find the particular company I was originally looking at.

Reporting.net and Partner Gateway are used by Be Free affiliate network, which merged with Commission Junction. Quite a few Be Free programs have switched to CJ tracking recently. Perhaps you can find the program at CJ.com.

However, if the company's website is out of date, perhaps the affiliate program no longer exists.

One option is to see if you can find contact details on the site (or do a whois search at DomainTools.com) and ask the company if it still has an affiliate program.

It doesn't look promising if a site is out of date. However, even good companies can forget to update stuff.
