I was looking into Lowes Home Improvement Store for an affiliate, but have not been able to find if they have a affiliate program. I contact their customer service and only received information on how to legally add a link to their site. This does not say that it is an affiliate. Does anyone know of their affiliate program or if they have one?

Lowe's does not have an affiliate program, nor does Home Depot.
Do a search for "home mprovement affiliate programs". There are a few out there, but none of the sites are large as the two I mentioned above.

The problem that you are dealing here is with outsourcing. We tried to contact a certain establishment but because the 1 that we are talking to are just outsourced individuals they cannot answer our query efficiently. The best thing to do is send another email and specifically mention that your query is not answered correctly and need clarification.

Good luck with that. If I were doing home improvement I'd be narrowing down what I was doing to SPECIFIC projects a person can do from home then finding Top Shelf or unique products that made their job easier that WERE NOT available from the home depot.
Honestly why in the world would someone order something they can drive down the street and pick up. And people doing home improvements are not likely to wait a couple days to weeks for delivery of an item and pay the additional freight.
Think about what you are doing... another article site with the same stuff that does not address SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS... is not going to make any real money.
