Post subject: Adsense with Chitika, is it worth it?

I was planning to run chitika along with adsense on my new sites. Recently I have read a lot of negative reviews about chitika.
Is anyone here using chitika? and if so would you advise to go in for it?

I used to run Chitika along with AdSense. I gave that up after giving it a fair trial.
'Nuff said as far as my opinion of Chitika.

Chitika is not the kind of program you just throw up and hope for clicks. If you are very targeted with their advertisers you have a chance. If you have general traffic and no real target you are wasting your time completely.

I started using Chitika around the first of the year with little success.
I received a check form them the first time I reached $10.00 but had my earnings disappear just before reaching enough for a check the last two times.
Just not worth it IMO.

I never have ever made anything thing with Chitika. I know Darren at Problogger does very well with them, so I suspect it is all in the kinds of traffic you get, the theme of your website, and how it is presented on the page.
