Don't you think you would be better off asking how to place the adsense script, where to place it, how many time to place it .... and so on to maximize your return? Then read the Adsense terms to decide what questions you are allowed to ask about income.

Some may tell you their income but the question is one I wouldn't expect to see answered so emphatically.

Yes indeed. Does that make you feel better or worse? You know Paris Hilton makes more than I do and she didn't even go to College! In fact and here is a mind boggeling statistic she pulls about $600,000 a month which is roughly 20x what Dr. Adsense Joel Something or other claims to make per month from Adsense.

So maybe you should look to Paris as your mentor?

Ah, shouldn't there be a Google Board game under development for people who "don't get it" so they can at least pretend?

If your question is "Is Adsense worth trying on my web site?" The answer is yes. "Can I make a lot of money?" Yes. "Is it easy to make a lot of money?" No. "Is it quick to make lots of money?" No. "Is it worth the time and effort?" Yes.

How much you earn is all a perspective.

For some making $300 per month would be a month's income. For others it would not make a car payment.

My question may actually be very different than the question asked? That is --- Is Adsense hurting your business? In my opinion I think the answer is yes!

Any thoughts on that?

In the years I have been on various sides of this industry I have decided to not worry about what anyone else makes but me. Firstly, I know I can trust myself to tell the truth and secondly, it just is more healthy to work to your own targets.
