My wife is the director of a small, non-profit, homeschool group of about 200 plus families. They are considering adding web site primarily for information. I realize that SBI claims to be a good fit for just about everything but I am not sure about this. Is there anyone else out there that uses SBI the same way and if so could you please send me a link to the site. Thanks Gary

If you go to SiteSell.com and check out the Proof pages, you'll find a huge array of different types of sites which have been created with SBI. _________________ Allan Gardyne

If you just want to publish information for it's own sake, as opposed to publishing information as a vehicle to carry a monetisation model (which is what most people have to consider), the job will be easier.
I assume you are looking at using SBI to make a site that attracts free SE traffic...
If so, all you have to do is create content. No worries about compromising what you say (and how you say it) because you worry what people will or won't spend or click.
If the plan is primarily to spread information, then a content site the SBI way has to be worth considering. That said, how much free traffic you get will still depend on how much search demand there is. The good news is, that as the site grows, more and more traffic will come from sources (search queries)you couldn't predict.
The benefit of not having to monetise - if you really mean "non profit" as opposed to "just our generous expenses" - is that other sites and directories will probably be keener to link to you. This will help a great deal with SE optimisation.
All the best,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."
