I never heard of findhotniches.com. I would recommend WordTracker.com.

Bo Bang has a great thing going on over there. If you opt-in you'll get access to some really cool private posts and resources including Niche Keyword Lists.

The Forum is a great place for Niche Marketers too.

I use ClickAd Equalizer. You can really do an exhaustive search with this tool going many levels deep on specific keywords used.

Don't have a market?

Just use the Top 300 or 1000 key. This will give you a list of the current most popular searches. From there you can break your chosen word into several levels of related keywords with word ranks.

Already have a market?

Just enter the keyword and select your search options between Overture, Nichebot, WordTracker, Google Suggest or check for misspellings in many languages.

From there it...

Gives me a detailed list of related keywords sorted by:

Monthly Searches
Daily Searches
Results from Google of the total competing sites for that keyword
R/S Ratio which shows you results divided by searches. Lower number the better.
Overture Ads currently showing for that keyword
Google Ads the number of competing ads for that keyword
Affiliate Ads showing you the number of competing Adwords for that keyword
Most Popular shows you the products that are hot for that keyword
Popular Count gives you an idea of the keyword/product relationship strength

Then you can Analyze the keyword to give a listing of all the current affiliate products being used by affiliates for the keyword.

Pretty powerful stuff.

You can then go into the current bids for that keyword to find high paying words for Adsense pages.

There's also an Affiliate Analyzer which shows you what website dominates the market for that particular keyword and lists the remaining competing websites by market share %.

I then take those websites by market share order and insert them into Internet Business Pro to analyze the specifics of that site for backlinks, keyword density, PR rating, etc.

Wordtracker.com is the main keyword tool that all other tools get their info. from. You can register for a Free trial. For a more comprehensive list then you can invest in the paid version.

Nichebot.com is cool too... And it's free!

It lists the top keywords in wordtracker and overture and more. I use this a lot.
