I have clickbank registered to www.p2p-archive.com, now this address is http://qualityproducts.p2p-archive.com/ or www.p2p-archive.com/qualityproducts so i will not need another account ?.

Ok. Bear in mind that these are my comments, and I am just another web user. Please don't take this to personal...

1) Your logo (the planet thingy) is too big. IT makes your left column to wide.
2) Why have a left column if your not putting a menu it it?
3) If your not having a menu on the left, put your google adsense on the right.
4) Your width of the page is not dynamic. It forces me to scroll horizontally.
5) Your images and banners make me nervous. I feel like I am trying to sponsor a cracker site, not find quality products.
6) Why are you pushing the free MP3's and movies from a site where you are trying to sell products? I am getting a mixed message here...

That is about it for now. The colors are readable... but probably not recommended. Generally the lighter colors work better. They are easier on the eyes.

Looking good, nice design. I would stick with the www preface on the url you promote and link with because on the subdomain one you will only get PSA's Sad

Adsense has started with disallowing subdomains.

yes, you can use the code on another site, but ... a subdomain such as you have set up, will only show ads you won't get paid for, so why use it there? Make sure you promote the site with the www.domain.com/store/etc then the ads will show you get paid for.

You don't have to change your domain, just promote the url you already listed:

www.p2p-archive.com/qualityproducts

instead of:

http://qualityproducts.p2p-archive.com/

The second url is a subdomain and is only showing PSA's for Adsense (public service ads you don't get any revenue for). While the first url is showing paid ads you will get revenue on.

Is this "Adsense giving PSAs on subdomains" thing new? I get proper ads on my subdomain-based site at http://renovation.pool-room.com. How much longer will that last? I might have to look into getting a proper domain for it.

Actually, I should do that anyway, since it really doesn't cost much Smile. But I have a bunch of other subdomains that I'm not going to register as domains because they're not commercial at this stage - should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry so long as they show regular ads, not PSA's. No clue how long that may be however.

Subdomains can take considerably longer to display relevant ads, particularly if the subdomain is on a different topic than the main domain.

The concern I have with p2p's site is that Adsense is not supposed to be placed on non-content pages. As a subdomain, one concern is the "separate site" structure that subdomains can imply, as a store, it could be a concern to Google and p2p could be faced with a "remove the code" message. However, as an extension of the www site, and url that starts with the www, it is merely a few pages out of many and unlikely to draw Google's attention.

That's one reason I recommended p2p promote the www url instead of the subdomain. I should have been more specific in my prior posting as I was seeing PSA's on the subdomain, and good ads on the www domain.

Clickbank yes, Google you best ask. As I mentioned above, Linda, affiliate store sites are not favored by Google.

Looks as though I'm a bit late with this comment, but it might help with the rest of the site..

I think the words "shop" and "purchases" send the wrong message to your visitors. Words are powerful things. Choosing the right or wrong ones can have a huge impact on your results.

Those words remind me of spending money. That's not what you want your visitors to be thinking about. In comparison, "hot products", "cool products", "useful gadgets", "quality products" and similar phrases all present me with an image of getting, useful, interesting things. There's a world of difference.

Hope that helps.

The other side of the coin is that people who search using "buy widgets" often convert better than people who search for "widgets info".

The bad news is that very few people (relatively) search for "buy [anything]" which tends to reinforce Allan's point, I reckon.

Just a thought,
Charlie.
