Can anyone recommend some good quality writers that are
reliable and resonably priced?
I have a mess load of articles that need to be
rewritten before submitting them but I don't have the
time.

Hello, Paul.
I've had some positive experience with www.elance.com.
Usually i post my project there, wait for people to respond and then I chose based on their expertise on my SPECIFIC topic - I don't go with writers that write about everything. If they have experience in my topic, they will usually include it in their response. Once I accept one writer, I'm still in the "testing" mode, especially during the first few articles.

You can find good, low-priced freelance writers at www.freelancewriting.com/jobbank . Just set up an account (free) and post your job. You can set a time limit and it would seem that most writers are constantly surfing the board, so you should get responses pretty fast.

Wow... That's good enough resources that you can check out.
Just an advice: a good 400 words article should cost you at least $6. It should cost you more than $12 for a 400 words article.
And, always look for native-English speakers where their first language is English, ie. live and grow up in English or USA.
That will at least ensure good command of English.
