Hi,
I recently started my own blog. I understand the concept of articles with appropriate content. But, I was wondering if anyone has any leads on promoting my blog? For instance can anyone lead me to where I can "ping" my blog. Any other ways that you can suggest to promote it, I would appreciate.

I'm having some problem accessing pingomatic last 2 days and I wonder why. Still the same problem today. But found 2 similar free service:

1) www.kping.com (this is very good, compatible with pingomatic)
2) www.pingoat.com (this is less favorable, you'll have to pick up where to ping one by one and they easily stop you after your first ping on the same day)
