Hello,

I would like to create a blog on blogger. Right from the start, I want to be able to collect e-mail addresses for poeple who opt-in to get my newsletter. Is this possible to do on blogger?

Yes You can just add the any autoresponder to your blogger blog..
or if you want people to get notice whenever ur blog gets updated just add feedblitz.com
