Hi, I'm also using goDaddy for my domain names. My primary hosting is Hostgator. All you need to do is to log in to your goDaddy My Account -> Manage Domain -> Select your domain -> Nameserver Summary and change the primary and secondary nameservers to point to your hosting nameservers. It'll need less than 48 hours for DNS propagation.
