Hi,

Just wanted to ask if there is any other company online that offers similar services that Cafepress does? Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Cafepress - so far - but I'd like to explore available options before opening my shop or something.

As far as letting you upload your own graphics and no minimum quantities, no*. But you might check out http://www.xpapparel.com/

*I don't mean it doesn't exist, just that I don't know of any.

You could take a look at zazzle.com. They don't have as many distinct items as Cafepress, but they *may* use a better dye process on their tees. I don't remember the exact details, subliminal something...

When I make the time, I'm thinking of ordering a shirt from both places with the same design on it, seeing how I like it first off and how I like it after a couple dozen washings.

I've certainly been far happier with the tees I've gotten from Cafepress myself than from the ones I have done with iron-ons.

I read an article about Zazzle in the Stanford alumni magazine and they seem to have a good business plan.

If you use the Alexa toolbar for IE, it will show you other companies like Cafepress. I installed it a while ago and use it constantly!

Don't know if you're still looking for info on this topic, but if it's Ts you're interested in, then have a look at http://www.t-shirtzoo.com/. They have associate printers in a bunch of countries, so the T-shirts are printed locally, making delivery quicker and (probably) cheaper.

I ordered one out of interest, using an image uploaded from my hard-drive, and when they couldn't deliver from South Africa, sent it from the UK at same price, so service was good. Print quality was also good.

cheers,
scotch
