The main thing is honesty. You need to know that the affiliate networks owners are honest and that they pay on time.

Also low minimum payouts and alot of offers are also good.

I'd definitely say that is probably the biggest thing I feel as well as both an affiliate and as an employee of a network. I have worked with a few other networks out there, and nothing upsets me more when I never receive payment or receive it late.
