You fail to say what type of site, etc. you are. This just looks like a disguised promotion wanting members to click your URL otherwise.

What is a "disguised promotion", i'm not selling anything on the my site, it's a weird news blog. I get a large amount of return daily traffic, I thought this was the place for getting some link exchange partners. Sorry if I made a mistake, it my first time here.

Now you're doing the right thing, describing your site so members can choose whether to visit. They shouldn't have to visit first to make the choice - that's promotion!
The CRITERIA for this forum says:
