Hi Ripsaw
I don't know for sure but I have heard a lot say that 50% of the page text should be unique.
You could change 30 - 50% of the articles and write a introduction and conclusion to go with the article.
You could simply rewrite 50% or more of the article.
You could break longer articles into 2 part and have seperate pages for both. If you write an intro to part 1 and a conclusion ofter part 2 this would make them 60-75% original depending on the length of the intro and concl.
I know some people who hire a writer to re write the articles at about 40 - 50% of the cost to have a full article written.
There are a bunch of ways to use PLR articles. It is nice to know that you are changing the ones you have, not everyone does unfortunatly. _________________ Business Owners Guide to Going Online What every business owner needs to know about going online |

Ripsaw, in search engine optimization, I like to try to think a few years and imagine what the search engines will be doing - or MAY be doing!
It seems inevitable to me that the search engines will get tougher on duplicate content, so to me it makes sense to rewrite as much as you possibly can. Hiring people to do it helps.
You can use PLR articles for other purposes, though, where no rewriting may be needed, such as providing a free report to entice newsletter readers to sign up, or in a free autoresponder course.
Here's an article I wrote which may help:
10 ways to use PLR articles
