I bought Corey Rudl's course early this year. It is very comprehensive and covers probably everything you need to know to market on the internet. I think it is worth the money, especially when you consider that most e-books cost $20 on average.
The course comes in 2 large folders and the contents is probably the equivalent size of 20 e-books, if not more. Therefore if you break the course down into several e-books, they would cost about $400 in total.
I haven't had to buy a single e-book since I bought the course because it has all I need. It is a great internet marketing reference. In fact I recently applied some of Corey' tips on acquiring new subscribers for newsletter and I have already made money from it.
If you systematically and persistently follow the advice Corey gives in his course you will make money on the internet, no question.

Thank you very much for your responses.
As we know, two of the most important aspects of successful marketing are search engine optimisation and the web site. Does the Corey Rudl course cover these in much detail, and also, how up to date is it on Google optimisation and AdWords? Also, does it give ideas as to the best opportunities for marketing as an affiliate site?

Yes it covers search engines and pay per click. It does not specialise in Google but rather gives you the generic important tips that would bring success when submitting to search engines.
There is a lot of talk out there about search engine optimisation and lots of people are making money through ebooks that focus on this, but the truth is to get good ranking you have to link and be linked to. If your site has several sites linking to it then the search engine deems it to be an important site and gives it a higher ranking than other sites with less links. It is that simple.
Allocate at least one day per week submitting your site to other sites and watch how your ranking will improve over 3 - 6 months. Note that all links don't carry equal importance to search engines so try to link to sites ranked high in Alexa.com

It tells you the what to look for in an affiliate program, how to be successful with it and where to find good affiliate programs. It does not specifically recommend any affiliate programs.
I must say that this course will serve you better if you have your own site, and I don't mean an affiliate site. You should have your won domain otherwise you won't be able to implement a lot of the techniques recommended in the course. The problem with affiliate webpages is that you have no control over their contents so you can't do thinks like linking etc.

They certainly aren't worthless to me and I am now making money from 3 different affiliate programs because of my site.
It is a geat way to market affiliate programs.

Nice try! My site is too new to be ranked i.e. you have to have traffic consistently for 3 month to get ranked and I have only had my site for 2 months. In any case you don't have to be rated highly to make money from a website. The key is converting the vistors you have to sales.
If you sold a great product that pays you $65 commission and you had a conversion ratio of 1% from 1000 vistors per month that would amount to $650 per month. However 1000 visitors per month would not get you ranked.
I actually make money through the pre-newsletter that comes with my site. I simply pay for subscribers through co-registration companies and feed them into my autoresponder that sends the newsletter over 365 days.

There isn't a single program on the surface of this earth that does not have it's share of bad stories because there will always be people who can't make money even if it hit them in the face. They fail to follow the instructions and plans they are given yet they complain they are not making money. Anybody who correctly and persistently follows Stone's "30 days to Success" will make money from this program.

Yes. You also make a $10 commission everytime someone pays for hosting through your site.
