Post subject: name for affiliate program directory

Please rate the following domains as names for an affiliate program directory by taking into account such things as domain extension, length and relevance. You don't have to put a money value, just degree of preference.
1.affiliateprogramdirectory.com
2.affiliateforum.com
3.affiliatedirectory.info
4.associatesdirectory.com
Thanks for your time!
P.S does the fact that affiliateprogramdirectory.com is so long make it tacky or does the inclusion of all keywords add prestige? |

I'd choose affiliateprogramdirectory.com hands down (from that list)...
I'd probably go for hyphens, but I subscribe to the "it does exactly as it says on the tin" philosophy (of descriptive domains). I do not think it is too long.
The real problem for me, though, is the concept...
How are you going to drive traffic to a directory such as this? SE competition is fierce and you can't offer an affiliate program for other people's products. Seriously, don't underestimate the competition or overestimate the "second tier factor".
Sorry if you have an excellent and imaginative plan. Just trying to be realistic.

It is short (in relative to others), easy to remember (2 words) - catchie I would say.

it really depends on the content that you are going to offer.
affiliateprogramdirectory com is good if you prepare a commented list like Allen's Associateprograms.com , whereas affiliateforum com would be more suitable for a discussion board like this.
Why not buy both and create two sites? Crosspromotion!

I think affiliateforum.com is a fine name just not appropriate to what the original questioner plans the site to be about.
Call me narrow minded, but if I typed affiliateforum.com into a browser I would expect to find an affiliate forum not a directory.
It's like advertising a dress shop as a fashion consultancy. Related maybe, but why deceive the visitor for the sake of it?

Totally agree with Charlie, it appears to be the most directly related
name from the list. This name and the same name with hyphens (again,
as Charlie suggested).
