Hi everyone. I have just joined the forum and looking for some quality 3 way exchanges

I have a new site that I'm promoting and will exchange links with you on our PR4 site. I have a PR4 site with a PR4 link page. If you place our link on a PR4 or better link page I put your link there. If you put our link on a page with less than PR4 I put your link on a PR2 page. Note: That is link page PR not domain PR.
