Hi everyone. I am somewhat of a newbie and have had some problem with load times on my page while using affiliate scripts that include graphics. Most of them do not validate properly. I have read on other forums you can put the script in a JS.text file and call it into to the page to avoid these problems.

I am familar with SSI since I use them for for dynamic content updates from news feeds but not sure how to implement this in just php. Do I need to rename my html file to php? what is the include statement to call this?

sorry for all the dumb questions. Right now I just have adsense on my sites since my pages were not pulling up fast enough to keep visitors from leaving.

be gentle! LOL

If you're validating at w3.org, you will find that many affiliate links get stuck in the validation process.

It's probably because of the code used - even the non-encrypted code is not valid. I'm sure you've probably already tried this - but validate before adding any affiliate links... then add them one-by-one to see which one(s) are the culprits.

Cheers

Andrea
