Hey,
Where can I get cheap, or free headers and footers? Does anyone know how to make tile bgs using Fireworks? Thanks. And what are the pros and cons of hiring an artist instead? |

I assume you want graphical headers and footers?
Usually, footers are just text (if your talking for a website). They might have a graphic in them.
If you want templates, try Golden Pinecone.

Or, if you want to hire someone, try DMG DD.

Golden Pinecone has some great templates, and DMG DD does custom work (both website design and graphics).
