Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce myself.
My name is Maayan and I'm from Israel.
Ususally I hang around on few other forums and accidently have bumped into this one - I like it very much! It seems that the people here are very kind and helpful and I can tell there are places it isn't so.

Hi Maayan.
I'm glad you liked my site. It is very new. Only three weeks old. I think it looks promising. The Google spider visited my site almost right away and harvested my pages then. At that time my site had about a third of the number of content pages it has now. Also, Google seemed to index my pages but not rank them, or figure out incoming and internal links. So all my pages still have a rank of zero. Despite that, I have placement on the first page of results for some keywords, and placement on the second page for some major keywords. I'm getting about 50-100 visitors per day, and making some pocket change from AdSense as a result. It's my first real attempt at this sort of thing, so I'm not sure how to interpret the data I have so far.
What about Targeted Traffic Machine? Did you develop this software or are you selling it for someone else?

Hi Yaron,
There are many ways that you can use to leverage your site into an income producer, more than a pocket change. I read many books about this, many are just full of crap, but some are good. One of the good ones that is also great for beginners (not only!) is "The Whole Truth about Internet Marketing" by Stephen Pierce. From there I've got the idea for Targeted Traffic Machine.
This book describes Internet Marketing from many aspects. In one of its chapters (not a major one) it describes an algorithm to create Smart Pages - a type of what people call 'doorway pages'. Although controversial, Smart Pages work. Anyway, after I tested the concept and saw it really works, I developed this software to generate SP for myself, for another site I have. My friend who saw the software told me "Hey, why you don't sell it?". Of course I had to bring it into a product quality, you know, auto updates and nice user interface, and so I did and this is the result. Soon I'm going to release few other software I wrote for my own use.
Back to your site, if you want some advises & tips of how to leverage it into an income producer, just say...

Thanks for your help offer. I'm pretty much familiar with the standard affiliate income thing already. Affiliate links, AdSense, newsletters, mailing lists, etc. My site has very low traffic because it's new and hasn't been fully indexed by search engines yet, so naturally, I'll only be getting pocket change. But if you have any specific ideas on how to generate more income from a site like mine, by all means, let me know.

Hi Maayan.
Your Targeted Traffic Machine looks interesting, especially for topics for which people search on a lot of keywords which are very close in meaning. But I could never understand how you can not look stupid to anyone who lands on a doorway page on your site, and that's why I haven't used them at all.
These sites are striking examples:
http://www.drums-for-less.com/drums-dw.htm - This site contains only silly doorway pages.
http://www.massmusic.net/tama_drum_kits.html - For this one, scroll all the way down to see links to all their doorways.

Hey Maayan.
Good morning, or good afternoon to you in Israel.
If you didn't get what I'm saying, I think maybe it's because I'm not getting what "Smart Pages" are, and therefore I'm asking the wrong question.
So let me backtrack and ask another question. Are smart pages anything like the pages on the sites that I listed in my previous post?
