I use getresponse, they have the best email marketing and list building service that I have ever found. You can preload your account with several massages, or send a broadcast to all the members of your list.

That's the secret to building your list! Keep giving things away. Harvey's supertip will certainly teach you how to make a rebranded report. I did this once and generated huge amounts of traffic from it.
