Hey...
My friend has a ADSL connection and each time he connects into the internet he gets a new ip address.... if he clicked on his own clicks by after disconnecting and connecting to the internet would chitika know? just wondering?>

Are you sure it's your friend and not you?
Anyway, of course they would know, they don't just track the IP addresses, usually it's cookies also and many times it's "patterns" and the world location of the clicks, that's why have their traffic audited, if your "friend" did this, there would be an abnormal patterns and thus would be canceled anyway at the end of the month and your friends account would probably be banned to.
You can just take some of the advice that many of the people that are succeding are offering and you'll be much more successful in the long run, get out of the short-term success by cheating mentallity.
