Hi Fellow Forum!
I just want to find out your thoughts on the following:

I was wondering how fellow Adsensers are taking care of this. Are you getting lots of support requests? Do you sell a product? What are your thoughts on "adequately respond", is it within 1 days, or 5? Are you using some sort of procedure or system for taking care of requests?
Any thoughts on this subject (which has my warm interest) are welcome!

I don't get many requests for support since I have a content site with affiliate links. However, I do get requests for information relating to my topic.
So far I haven't found a problem in replying the same day. When I shop online however, I expect replies within 2 business days or I go elsewhere.
