As many of you know, I am involved in a new web project.
I have asked specific individuals for help and the support has been overwhelming! Now on this subject.
I can write my own copy and sales page etc. (I THINK).
Can anyone share their thoughts on the best way to write content rich copy? Should I write and offer it to the forum boards for critique?
Can you recommend a copywriter?
I can babble all day but don't want to come off as just that.
Any thoughts?

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh, but if you are unsure about writing general content pages, are you sure you are up to writing a sales page that will do the job? (Your use of the words "I think" worries me.)
Most people find it very much easier to write general content than a decent sales letter.
Needless to say, if you search this forum, you will find several threads on the subject of creating content pages. Gary (speedguide) has posted quite a bit on the subject.
The best resource I've found on writing sales letters is Bob Serling's "Power Copywriting for the Internet". Paul Myers (TalkBiz.com) sells it in PDF form.
Hope this helps,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

Hello Charlie and Gary,
Charlie, not harsh at all. My "i think" self-doubt led me to post.
Gary, I appreciate your link.
You both have assisted me greatly.
Thank you much,
Chuck |
