|
|
Hi,
I am a member of a lot of safelists, right now I have about 4 yahoo addresses that I use for that because the bandwidth and storage isn't that great. What I want to do is join a safelist submitter which has about 2000
lists, I need a really large email box to handle this.
What do you use and can I get one for free?
Thanks,

If you're referring to data storage for an email account, I'd go with Google's Gmail and you'll get over 2.5gb of space. _________________ Robert

I've got the gmail account, but before there was that i had the walla acount at http://www.walla.com which offers 3gb, free of charge - no ads.
and if 3gb is not enough just go to http://www.hriders.com/ they offer free 1TB (TeraByte), but i've heard they show ads.
If you need an invite to google just go a head and pm. _________________ Dondor,

The thing that always gets me is how are those free email sites with no ads and that much space substainable? What if I get an account with them and then they decide to pull the plug because it costs too much to manage? _________________ Robert

I don't know about you, but I like the idea of changing email address much less than changing web hosts...
I'm still with the original ISP from '97 and the email addresses I was given for free still get some sensible mail (amongst the spam).
Maybe it's me, but the idea of losing legitimate mail goes very much against the grain, and I can't envisage abandoning those addresses even though I don't actively use them.
Unless you want a pure throw away address for some specific purpose, take care with who you choose. At least gmail are likely to be around for a while.
Cheers,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

They give you a pretty giant mailbox and will AUTO-delete the emails you receive.

Why would anyone love a mailbox that auto-deletes his emails? _________________ Dondor,
