I have been looking in to opt-in email lists and 'traffic blasters' in order to increase visits to my site.

I'm willing to pay between, ?30-?60 if its going to be effective.

Can anyone recommend any company they've used for either 'traffic blasting' or opt-in email lists and had a good ROI?

if i could get 20 sales out of 5000 hits that would suffice.

also the traffic i wish to generate should be from the UK.

ive alreadly looked at.

megawebpromotion
spamalternative
and inetgiant

but they all seem to be more US targeted.

Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
