Post subject: Is this against Google's TOS about encouraging clicks?

I ran across this the other day and wondered how it fit in with the TOS of Goggle. It seems to be a great idea if it is OK. The website has a small header above the google ads which reads "Today's Strongest Sponsor Offers". It is located at www.solveyourproblem.com/your-credit-score/credit_repair_and_credit_score.shtml
(not affiliated with site in any way) Any opinions on this one?

Actually, I think it WILL cause some problems. Here's Ken Evoy's (SiteBuildIt) story of his experiment with a similar approach:

I'm with GaryW -- contact Google if you aren't sure. Better to clarify and adjust it before they react. |

i dont think google wants anything pointing to their ads, or announcing them with "headlines" also.
