I ran across this the other day and wondered how it fit in with the TOS of Goggle. It seems to be a great idea if it is OK. The website has a small header above the google ads which reads "Today's Strongest Sponsor Offers". It is located at www.solveyourproblem.com/your-credit-score/credit_repair_and_credit_score.shtml
(not affiliated with site in any way) Any opinions on this one?

I don't think it contravenes the ToS ... It does not say "click here" etc ...

The Tos's are pretty grey on many areas of compliance ... but everything can be interpreted in many ways ...

When in doubt ... contact Google (if you intended to do something similar0 ... and they will let you know their position on such a format ..

Actually, I think it WILL cause some problems. Here's Ken Evoy's (SiteBuildIt) story of his experiment with a similar approach:

I'm with GaryW -- contact Google if you aren't sure. Better to clarify and adjust it before they react.

i dont think google wants anything pointing to their ads, or announcing them with "headlines" also.
