Post subject: Best Host for XSP? Hyphenated Domains?

Which kind of Host is best for XSitepro that gives it the power and flexibility of the sitebuilder software but also with the site traffic optimisation features that SiteBuildIt provides? Should XSitepro be used with SBI or Thirdsphere webhosting service?
Is hyphenated domains really better than non-hyphenated ones?
Although many places say that hyphenated domains allows search engines to recognise individual keywords in domain names but yet there are reports that say it is the keywords in the site's contents that really make the difference irregardless of what the domain name is. |

Firstly, put one query per topic for best interaction with replies.
Secondly, a search for hyphenated domain using the search facility above brings up 33 messages on this topic before.
