It's possible. I think your best bet is to consult Google support about it. Maybe they'd be okay with you having AFF on your site, as long as they're not on the same pages as Adsense. Or maybe they would consider the AFF ad content a non-issue, since your site (presumably) isn't adult content per se. If you don't check with Google about it, they might cut you off, so you're probably best to find out up front. That would be my suggestion.
