Hi Everyone,
I've been doing Martell websites since Late January. Right now I have 10 websites, some bigger than others. My biggest website, 200 pages, is my best website as well as my oldest. It's making $350 a month. 5 others do about $100 for now, but they're about half the size. The new ones are just trinkling Adsense profits for now. So, how much are your websites making?, still trying to reach the $500 per site/month mark

About $1300 (a year old), but not a Martell site, and I don't have much else in the way of moneymakers yet. _________________ - blake

Yeah, way to go Blake and Jeremy, those ARE impressive numbers, definitely inspiring. If you were asked to say which is the #1 reason for your great success what would it be? My intuitive guess is that it would be massive quality content. Do I stand correct?
Just curious & thanks for sharing

Massive quality content is probably about right. I am not a "natural" marketer and I worked my you-know-what off on this site. I have a strong sense that a better marketer could have created at least five 1K sites in the time it's taken me to build one. _________________ - blake

My 1st site was the winter site went online
April 16th 2004, started making money the
end of Nov. 2004.
2nd site summer site started end of Aug 2004
started making money mid-march 2005.
Traffic mostly from Yahoo and MSN not too
much from Google. Lots of content is the reason
for success.
Now my winter site is starting again 100+
visitors per day mostly from Yahoo.
I write articles for all keywords I don't
look at competition.
I believe if you make a site with at least 200+
articles you'll make a couple hundred per month.
Just keep adding articles and making more sites.
Takes time, persistence, and patience.
My 3rd and 4th sites I started beginning
of Feb. still waiting for them to start making
money, it is frustrating at times, but I just keep
adding articles and inbound links.
Keep on Keeping on.... |
