No, short of going to sites offering adsense ads and contacting the webmasters. But then you run the risk of being called a spammer.

What are you going to ask them? And why can't you accomplish your goal simply by looking up the domain registration for sites where you see AdSense panels? |

Can you think of anyone who runs a newsletter (or website) for Adsense users? I can... For a clue, take a look at the other threads in this section of the forum. 
Are you trying to do research, or promote a product?
If your idea is helpful and excellent, maybe you could JV in some way. You'll need a professional approach though, as reputations are at stake. I am not even sure the person I have in mind is receptive to JVs now, though old habits die hard!
