I have earned a small amount of commission from promoting various programs under Mark Joyner's umbrella like various ebooks marketed by him. (around $200).
Whenever I filled up a support form on the ROIbot site, I have always received autoresponder messages and some messages from people who promised to look into my matter and contact the accounts and like. I am yet to see a cheque
What's your experience about receiving commission cheques from them?

I have had a very similar experience to you. I purchased Mark Joyner's Web Hit Machine approx. 2 months ago for around US$75. It came with a full money-back guarantee. I very quickly realised that the product was outdated and inferior, and so requested a refund about 7 weeks ago.
Just like you - I've had a string of "put-offs" and excuses for the delays from "Miranda at Wonderdesk1 Support" (What a contradiction). I very much doubt whether I will ever see my refund.
And then to add "insult to injury" - I receive this pious farewell letter with heavy christian overtones from Mark Joyner. I don't know WHAT to make of it all?

I had a similar experience with another so-called top company 8 months ago. After sending over 30 emails & them ducking & diving I decided to cut my losses and left it alone until now.
Since then the FTC has decided to target those companies not honouring their refund GUARANTEES and other promises. I put this to the test & gave the same company notice that I would report the matter to the FTC.
Less than 24 hours later I received a full refund
Give it a try & if unsuccesful, report it to the FTC. That way word will get out & companies will be careful what they promise.

I am still waiting for my Roibot commissions , about 12 months worth.
The affiliate program closed down in June when NitroStats.com acquired
Roibot.com from Mark Joyner.
