Hi,
I've got a question about how much advertisers are willing to pay for extremely highly targeted advertising. Say I have a website that would allow advertisers to determine who views their ad based on demographic data For example, advertisers could choose based, on ***, age, income, zip code, and education. How do I find out how much people are willing to pay?
I would think that would be highly dependent upon subject and/or the ability to create conversions for the advertisers.
I can't offer advise on how to determine initial rates, but market forces will eventually take over. Too much money, not enough advertisers or advertisers dropping out because of lack of return on investment.
It may be a different model if you are trying to target corporate advertisers who are trying to create brand awareness rather than direct conversions.
