heloo everybody....
i am new in this place and i am looking for a decent and reliable web hosting not more than 5$ a month, and that is very simple to use and give fast and goos support for my first experience and the "jump" for this kind of marketing adventures

I think you should expect to pay more. I use 1and1.com and am very happy with them. You'll be paying $20.00 or so per month if you want...

and have a server that's reliably fast. The economics for a $5.00 wouldn't make me confortable that they could provide service. If you're doing this for a business, then treat it like a business.

I have a 1and1 plan for $10 a month ( I believe I upgraded on a special to get the actual $20 a month plan 50% off. They've been great to me and I'm not worried about them "disappearing" and taking my sites with it.
I'm planning on getting a dedicated server soon for larger projects through them.

I was looking for a good webhost and in my research i came across get2host.com. I asked if i could try out their service for a month for free and they said yes. After a month of using them i was very happy with them. They provide online tutorials that showed me how to do everything i need to know how to do and if i had a question, their support department is great... I would recommend get2host.com

When choosing a web host it is best to first find the one that suits your needs and then go to a forum so that you can get comments on them.

1&1business - costs $9.99 per month
1&1 Developer - costs $19.99 per month.
I have to select these 2 packages. Which do you recommend?

I recommend icdsoft.com . They are extremely reliable, the support they have is amazing .
Just one detail. check their website especially the data center section.
you will see for what kind of company we're talking about.
Their rates are reasonable. 5$ per month.
I use them for 3 years and i'm very pleased.

There appear to be quite a few cheap hosts out there (under $5 per month). My question is what are you looking for? Yes, it's cheap but do you need multiple databases or a specific language supported or ...
I would step back and think about what you need and then attempt to get that at the cheapest rate possible.

Depends on your requirements and needs. For me I use hostexcellence for $4.95/month including 1 free domain. They suit my needs with 50Gb data transfer, webstatistics and chat live helpdesk.
