Hi All,
A month ago I've purchased Andy's e-book and received with no problem. BUT: when I tried to contact them - through all the e-mails provided - for support, I got the messages: mailbox full or doesn't exist!
Not even his PayPal e-mail! Now I'm unable to get a refund (I requested through PayPal - because lack of support/answer) and can't reach them at all.
Before you buy something contact the seller, and see if they're still in business or have somebody answering your questions.
(it's not about the money, but the trust!)

Have you heard anything from these guys yet?
I just signed up for their news letter and was considering purchasing their store builder guide....you've got me wondering now

Hi Roni,
yes, finally I found them.
Try to contact them first with a question, to see if you can get through and get a response.
The e-book is OK but I was unlucky with the support.

Thanks for updating us on this.
Hmmm, you say the ebook is "o.k"...would you recommend it?
Was the guide helpful in building a Yahoo Store for you or are you going to go a different route?
Once you got through to them, were they pretty helpful?
I seem to recall them saying you get a free consultation along with the ebook - are you/did you get one of those?
Sorry for all the questions
Still just trying to make my decision.

Yes, you can build a store using the info.
They were helpful and quick in response finally.
I haven't tried the free consultation, but the book
is reasonably priced so not too much to loose.
