Im asking for help from everybody, here the complete story.
My brother and I started using Google Adwords as in google cash formula. We promoted this product "saving marriage" prodcut, we recieve around 20-50 clicks a day. Then suddenly one day we checked our stat we suddenly have 27,000 clicks with no sales. Obviuosly this is click fraud, and google took our 340$ dollars, our 340$ hard earned money. I know this might be small for you, but this already a huge amount of money for us. We emailed google and they said its because we raised our budget limit thats why we got those click, waahhhhh..... the topic is not even very popular.
Were for everyone for advice on what to do? we're feeling lost. We dont know what to do. Your replies would be very helpful. please help dont wait something like this might happen to u, before u take action

Sounds like you need to revamp the sales page so it converts better. 
If you can get that much click-throughs, then your ads seem to be decent. You just need to convert your traffic better.
If it is truly fraud, Google can detect it and will credit you. Write them back and ask them to explain further.

It's likely not fraud. Either your ads aren't targeted well enough for your target market or your sales page is bad.

TENX FOR HEARING! BUT YOURE NOT LISTENING!
for 2 days i get 20-50 clicks a day, then one day it jumps to 27,000 clicks in 24 hours! is that possible? have this happened to you?
were promoting save marriage program! check it in wordtracker on how much clicks it get per day! i bet it wont even get to 5000 clicks!
and even were not targeting the right keywords, the keywords would automatically shut down becuase of low CTR!
This is cleartly click fraud! im asking what are we going to do?
We emailed google they said we got those clicks because we raised our budget, we cant even hit our budget limit for 2 day in the first place!

No service like Wordtracker can give you accurate traffic predictions, regardless of what they may claim.

Well, the CTR must have been something considering you received 27,000 clicks.
And I'd have to say the blame is passed on you first for not using the right keywords. Google can't be held liable for you picking the wrong keywords, Google has no idea what your business is and what keywords would be "right" for it.

That's not what people consider click fraud. I'd call it bad marketing.
I suggest you live & learn from the experience, your money's gone.

Why do you claim I dont know marketing? I have an offline bussiness for 1 year already, I have and studied books of jay conrad levinson and jay abraham and others, i have read and studied already 70+ books.
So i think i know a little marketing... i know how to target the right ads to the right people....
Comment on wordtracker... saving marriage isnt even in the top 1000 popular keyword! and yes wordtracker cant give u an accurate number of clicks, but u know what theyre good at? they can predict closely, even with a 50% margin of error it still cant go 27,000 clicks a day...
Im using the google cash formula, i hope u know what that is... guess what? the product is even in the top 20 of clickbank products, meaning it has a good conversion page, more or less 1 in 200 click.... i ask u no sales in 27,000 click (just in one day, mind you), whats the conversion rate for that? start calculating...
and for ur information... i put the saving marriage keyword in every campaign, meaining its very relevant!
One more question! just to rest this case and try helping me on how to get my mobey back! i assume that ur running google adwords, if not, ur have no right to comment on this thread!
HAVE U EVER RECIEVED 27,000 CLICKS A DAY ON ADWORDS?

You already were told what to do; reopen communication with Google and try to get an audit done on your account. Do you use any PPC tracking on your own? If not, you should have, so do it now. If you do, that should help you track the offenders (talking a little out of the side of my mouth here as I don't know PPC tracking things very well) but if you don't, Google should be able to check things on their end.
Being obnoxious doesn't help; Robert was just explaining that you may need to eat the cost and work on your sales page conversions ... now, you've been told what to do; that's your option; take it or leave it, don't get obnoxious over it.

im just maybe upset with robert, coz hes implying that i didnt get any fraud click... ive been using adwords for a while now, and i know that was a click fraud...

Yep, I promote my own products using Adwords.

Nope, but I set daily budget limits.
As Debs said, open up communications with Google. Click Fraud is primarily done on Google search results by competitors clicking each others links, driving up costs. If a competitor was doing this to you, Google would certainly pick up on it based off their IP address after a few clicks in a certain period of time.
All I'm saying is don't go claiming it has to be Click Fraud, because you don't know for sure. Doing at Google how you have in this thread is certainly an easy way not to get your money back.
