Where can I go to get a free newsletter for my site(s) free of advertising?
Is there any? and if not where's a good one I can buy? I'd prefer to get a free one though free of adverising becuase I'm kinda of on a strict budget

You basically type it like you do an email, then send it to your list. If you want an html style format (caution not everyone can read html, and some of those that can, won't accept html email).
If you want a script you can use right on your site, there are free scripts available at a lot of places.
Sometimes your host will offer a free script already installed that you can use to manage your mailing list and send newsletters so you should also check with them.
