You're not very forthcoming with information about the program. So, with this general information, I'd say: search for other contact information (telephone number, address, etc.) and try it that way.

With all the spam going around, maybe your email got lost in the 'sea of spam'.

If you can, give 'em a call!

All the best,

Marjan

Hi marjan
thks for the advise. the program in ques tion is "Success University" Anyone care to comment about this company or its program. In fact I already wrote to the person who is or suppose to be my sponsor too. There is a page that you can cancelled the program that I clicked on the box. it seem like they are quick to take our money but slow in refunding or rather. I seek help from the credit card company as well now. is there a recourse or body that I can go to seek help? US regulators? any comment.
thks

PS I got some other bad experiences as well with other programs, but the ammoun is small, I just treat it just my luck and learned some lessons that in the internet there are many scams, con artistes, sharks who prey on orindary forks like us(i believed some are geniune marketer) They are giving this business a BAD name, if more and more forks are in the same predicament as me soon they will find less and less people interested in this online junk sorry I just expressing my opinion.[/url]

I had a very bad experience with inexpensivedomains.com and don't recommend them for your hosting needs. I had many problems with there services and when I asked for a refund they responded with demeaning accusations and refused any refund. :(

Wonder if going to the Better Business Bureau would help. You can search, not only by company name or address, but also by domain name. Maybe if you visit the BBB site before you join the program?

You can also refuse the charge on your charge card (I assume you used one); contact your card issuer for how to do that.

Sad I felt so sad hearing so many people having problems regarding refund. I was having the same problem myself before. In order to help those people with this sort of problem, I have written an article entitled,

"Six Tips On How To Recognize A Really Genuine And Sincere Internet Gurus"

You can find this article at any Article Directory. Go ahead and search.

The thing is, I really hate somebody who try to cheat other people just because they feel they know everything on the Internet better than anyone else.
