Hi

I am very new to the concept of adsense. I wish to incorporate it on my site. However I wish to exclude a competitor. Is this possible to do.

Look forward to your replies

Jeff

Yep, you can filter out URLs in your control panel.

Hi Jeff,

Yes, there is a page on the AdSense site where you can enter specific URLs that you want to block from displaying ads on your site. I don't know if this applies to the new AdSense programs, but I suspect it might. There is a limit to the number of websites you can block, I believe, but it's quite a few.

Hope that helps.

Hi

Thank you kindly for your valued replies. I need also to know how to find the correct size. I am looking for a skyscraper (4) effect. Something similar to the ones on the associateprograms.com page

You can find a list of all the AdSense ad formats here: https://www.google.com/adsense/adformats

I think the one you are looking for is called "Skyscraper (120x600)"
