Well, of course, but the people who misuse other people's articles aren't seeing things from the article writer's point of view. My remark was aimed at them, not you.

I also use Charlie's technique of adding my own comments with links before and after the article text. I'd rather just play it safe and avoid any potential problems. After all, I'm using the reprint articles to save myself some work, not add to it by having to communicate with all the authors.
