I'm very familiar with making movies via Quicktime, but am rather clueless on flash. If anybody happens to know which Mac apps are the best for creating flash video, your advice is most appreciated.

To begin answering my own question, this company looks promising. They offer flash video tools starting at $39 for Windows and Mac.

The $39 product seems to be designed as an entry level, hyper-simple, 3 step, point and click, convert video to flash solution for those who aren't interested in becoming video techs.
Then they have other products that go up the ladder in features, learning curve and price.

To continue the followup, for those who don't have a video camera, or interest in learning video skills.
Would you consider hiring me to create video presentations for your site?
You send me the script you want read.
I read it in to the camera. Or for an extra charge we hire someone attractive to read it in to the camera. 
I send you the video file and needed html.
You upload video file to your web host just like you'd upload an image file.
You copy/paste the html I send you in to your web page(s) and/or HTML emails.
If it was easy for you to add video to your site, and not too expensive, what if anything would you do with that ability?
I'm not taking orders, and don't have a price list, this is just one of my brainstorming sessions.
Before discussing options, strategies, pros and cons etc I'll wait to see if there's any interest in video.
