1. Solving the giant-leap-forward puzzle
========================================

When Jay and I were planning a major revamp of AssociatePrograms.com last year, Jay spent ages doing research and talking to people, trying to find the ideal content management system (CMS) that would do everything we wanted on a fairly complex website.

Although there are dozens of CMS tools available, we couldn't find one that was perfect for our needs. So we ended up buying several scripts and, with the help of two programmers, Jay melded the scripts together into one package. It's been a time-consuming and costly exercise - and the expense isn't over yet. A year down the track, a lot of tasks still need doing so another programmer is now working his way through a long list of improvements that our CMS needs to make our site work more efficiently.

After going through that frustrating excercise, I was awestruck this week when I saw inside CMSInfusion, a brand new content management system which has been two years in the making.

Actually, to call CMSInfusion a "CMS" is a gross understatement, because it's capable of doing so much more than you'd ever expect from a content management system.

Our revamped CMS is pretty good, but we're be able to do only a small fraction of the things you can do with the awesome new integrated CMSInfusion.

This is a major marketing breakthrough.

Here are just a few of the things you can do with CMSInfusion:

  Build a streamlined lead generation site
  Build a free or paid membership site
  Build a content/training delivery site
  Build an article directory site
  Build a video directory site
  Build an audio directory site
  Build a shopping or catalogue website
  Build a peer to peer networking site
  Build a joint venture network
  Build a business to business portal
  Sell a simple ebook
  Create a customer support desk
  Provide a help and support site for your products
  Create an advertising-led revenue site
  Create a product review site
  Establish an affiliate management site
  Build a software depository

Watch the video to see how incredibly powerful this system is...

(The video is near the top of the page.)

[UPDATE: This special introductory offer has closed.]

For example, you could start slowly by building a product review site, and then gradually expand, hire outsource workers and give them access to sections of your site, add an automated membership site, upload videos, sell your own product, add a one-time-offer, sell ads on the site, appoint an affiliate manager, etc., etc.

With the help of streaming videos, you can learn one module at a time and expand as you learn. You can create anything from a small sales site to a monster content-rich authority site that the search engines love. It's your choice.

You don't need to know coding, HTML or use FTP.

The control panel is beautifully designed, with little pop-up boxes giving you quick summaries explaining what you can do with each module.

Here's something to think about...

CMSInfusion's creators, two highly experienced marketers who have used the system to generate more than a million dollars in sales in 2006/2007,  say that 97% of marketers making more than $10,000 a month online have their own products or membership sites (or both). Isn't it time you joined them?

This is a truly awesome product - breakthrough technology that has the potential to hugely empower you and your business.

Right now, there's a special introductory offer which is a fantastic deal.

If you act today you can avoid paying more than $4,000 more for the same software - excluding all the bonuses, goodies and surprises you get when you grab this special deal now.

You can even give it a no-risk test drive for 60 days.

2. PLR articles - now you can choose
====================================

A big problem with many PLR articles sites is that you have no choice - you have to take the monthly package of articles which is offered, whether you want those particular articles or not.

Stefan Everaet's private label articles (PLR) site, Niche Content Packages, has always been a very good, reliable source of PLR articles. It has lots of satisfied customers, but it had the familiar problem - no choice.

So Stefan has listened to what his members want and made major improvements.

He's solved their biggest concern - and given them heaps of choice.

He's converted the site into a flexible credits-based system. You can choose between several subscription levels. If you're not interested in a package, you just keep your credits. For example, if you're interested only in travel or pets or weddings, then you can choose only those articles, so you're not wasting money on stuff you aren't using.

There's no longer a membership cap. Instead there is a cap on the number of downloads that are allowed for each individual content package.

There's also an area where you can buy one-off articles, which will be sold only once.

Just a word of warning - before you use any of the article packages, be sure to check out Stefan's blog for handy tips on how to rewrite PLR articles.

Stefan is one of the good guys. He goes to a lot of trouble to make sure he's providing high quality articles, plus beautiful graphics. Now his service is even better.

I've arranged a REALLY special bonus and discount for you...

3. Ebay clamps down on PPC traffic
==================================

Ebay has toughened its rules on affiliates who use paid search, while improving payouts to affiliates.

"The eBay US Affiliate Program will no longer allow paid search traffic from Google.com, Yahoo.com, MSN.com, nor from any of their content networks, such as Google AdSense, Yahoo! Publisher Network, and MSN ContentAds to be linked directly to the eBay.com, eBay Express, or eBay Store domains," eBay says.

4. How Mac users can stay on track
==================================

In a recent newsletter, I wrote about a desktop gadget that gives you a pop-up "to-do" list to help you stay on focus and get tasks done.

Here's a tip from Dairrell Ham for Mac users who want something similar.

"A Mac alternative for the software you mentioned in today's newsletter would be iCal, Apple's free calendar software that
ships with OS X. You can set popups to remind you, or it will even send you an email on whatever day or time you set it for.
I use it all the time to remind me about to-dos, appointments, and general, gentle reminders that you mentioned. If a window
popups up and you want it to remind you again at a later time in the day, a different day, or in another week, you can do that easily with one click. It's very powerful software, and every Mac OS X user (which is most now) already has it on their computer."

5. Problems to avoid when employing someone
===========================================

On our affiliate forum, a few of us have been having a lively discussion on problems you can have when you hire employees or outsource workers. If you have experience in hiring people, how about sharing your experience?

Here's the discussion.

My next big project: Employing someone

7. Thought for today: Personal breakthroughs
============================================

"All personal breakthroughs begin with a change in beliefs. So how do we change? The most effective way is to get your brain to associate massive pain to the old belief. You must feel deep in your gut that not only has this belief cost you pain in the past, but it's costing you in the present and, ultimately, can only bring you pain in the future. Then you must associate tremendous pleasure to the idea of adopting a new, empowering belief." - Anthony Robbins.

All the best
