I think the real problem is that people are continuing to choose the wrong places to pitch their battles.
They pick markets that are either too difficult, or markets that don't have any passionate people who are willing to buy.
Nowadays, there is still a crazy amount of opportunity.
It's just a matter of thinking outside of the box and sometimes outside of your country.
Mike Lowe has written a blog post showing clear proof that free search engine traffic is still easily accessible in very lucrative markets.
